Holiday Cottage Short Breaks In Autumn, Winter, Spring & Early Summer

There are no restrictions on most of our properties as to when you can book a short break. You can book anytime in advance for holidays taken in the period Autumn into early summer ie holidays with a start date after 28th September and before 3rd July (excluding half terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods).

Short Breaks In July, August & September (and Half Terms, Easter, Christmas & New Year)

You can book your short breaks holiday cottage up to four weeks in advance on the majority of our properties for holidays starting in the peak summer holiday period between 4th July and 27th September (and for half terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods).

Short Breaks In Larger 'premium' Holiday Cottages

For our larger and most popular holiday cottage properties (known as 'premium properties' - because they are rare and therefore 'at a premium') short breaks can only be booked 2 weeks in advance of your holiday start date if between 6th April and 27th October (plus half terms, Easter, Christmas and New Year periods). However, advance bookings on our larger properties can be made at any time for holidays commencing in November through to end of March (excluding half terms, Easter etc.).

Please note that 2 person discounts do not apply to short break bookings. Please also note, however, that the prices displayed are for 7 nights (per property not per person) and not for a 3 or 4 night stay.
